1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering, logging in, or using any part of the scb39 platform — whether via the website at scb39.vu or our mobile app — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (as a member) and scb39 (as the platform operator). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.

2 Member Eligibility & Registration

To use the scb39 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
